DELIVERY:
Godiva is committed to bringing you the finest products and superior customer service.
We take pride in making certain that each item ordered is delivered in a timely manner and in excellent condition and to do so we use professional shipping companies.
We offer delivery Monday to Friday throughout Europe. Please note that delivery days and available shipping methods may vary during the summer months and peak seasons.

Godiva Europe web site currently ships to: Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal,
Luxembourg, Poland and Austria.
RETURN:
The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he waives the purchase without payment of a fine and without a statement of reasons within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.
Goods designed specifically for the User and/or which can spoil quickly will not be taken back and the user cannot rely on the waiver clause.
Returned goods will only be accepted by E Star Belgium, provided you have not put the items in use.
For a return, follow the procedure below:
Step1: Contact +441223081412 and state your order number. We will send you the return shipping label on an e-mail.
Step 2: Pack the goods before returning them (do not return any used goods), if possible in original packaging and complete with original labels, accessories. The original packaging ensures that damage during return is avoided.
Step 3: The products must be dropped off at the nearest DPD pick-up/Delivery point. Return shipping label must be put on the box.
Step 4: If the goods reach us in good condition, you will be refunded within 14 days. Should the goods be incomplete or damaged, we will inform you.
Only online purchased goods can be returned. For all other returns, you should turn to the store where you purchased the goods.
