12.4 oz. GODIVA %72 Dark Chocolate Signature

2 tbsp. GODIVA Hazelnut Coffee Grounds

1/8 tsp. salt for step 1

1 1/3 cups whole milk

2 eggs room temperature, beaten

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup caster sugar

1/8 tsp. salt for step 5

Combine Godiva Signature, coffee grounds, sugar and salt in a blender.
Heat the milk on a medium-high flame for 2 to 3 minutes until hot but just before simmering. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate in blender. -
Blend mixture until smooth and slowly add in eggs to blender while running. Continue blending until fully smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture into eight ramekins, then cover and chill until set — at least 4 hours.

Whip heavy cream, sugar and salt on medium high in a stand mixer with whisk attachment until soft peaks form.

Top Pots de Crème with whipped cream and serve.

Optional: Top with edible flowers to make them extra pretty.
